By commissioning me, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a payment.1. Ordering & Communication
Commission requests are handled exclusively via Email or Discord DM.The estimated delivery timeframe is 1 to 2 months, depending on current queue length and commission complexity.Any significant delays due to health or unexpected personal circumstances will be communicated promptly.2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in USD (or equivalent agreed currency) using the following accepted methods:Primary: WiseSecondary: PayPalWork will begin only after one of the following payment structures is completed:Option A: 100% upfront payment.Option B: 50% upfront payment before work begins, and the remaining 50% upon sketch approval.3. Workflow & Approval
A rough sketch will be provided for initial review and approval.Minor adjustments can be requested during the sketch phase. Major alterations requested after the sketch has been approved may incur additional fees.Final high-resolution files will be delivered electronically once the full balance is paid.4. Copyright & Usage Rights
Personal Use Only: Commissioned artwork is strictly for non-commercial, personal use (e.g., social media avatars, personal wallpapers, private prints, etc).Commercial Use: Commercial rights (e.g., merchandise, VTuber assets, promotional material, logos) are not included by default and must be negotiated separately for an additional fee.Artist Rights: As the artist, I retain all full rights to the artwork, including the right to display, post, and publish the piece in my portfolio and social media, unless a private commission NDA is requested and agreed upon in advance.AI & NFT Prohibition: The client may NOT use the artwork for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or feed the artwork into any AI/Machine Learning databases or training models.5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before Sketch Approval: If you cancel the commission before approving the initial sketch, a partial refund may be issued depending on the work completed.After Sketch Approval: Once the sketch is approved by the client, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
